HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Remove the cover from the heat pillow (Do not heat cover)
- Place the heat pillow in the centre of microwave
- Heat on Medium to High Setting in 30 second intervals until desired hear is reached
- Do not heat for more than 2 minutes
- After heating allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.
- Place the heat pillow back in the outer cover
- Before re-heating allow heat to cool to room temperature,
